When does work begin?
Work begins on the date of your agreed appointment. We coordinate the date and service details with you before getting started.
What plans do you offer, and how much do they cost?
Here are our plans and services, with prices in Mexican pesos:
- Presence: $2,000 MXN per month. 8 posts, 8 stories, copywriting, design, a content calendar, and setup of up to 3 TikTok ads using client-provided content.
- Growth: $3,500 MXN per month. 12 posts, 4 Reels, stories, management of 2 social platforms, one TikTok campaign using the included Reels, targeting, monitoring, and a monthly report.
- Content Pro: $6,000 MXN per month. 8 Reels, posts, stories, social media management, one monthly content shoot, and a professional digital marketing strategy. Includes one Meta campaign and one TikTok campaign, targeting, ad testing, optimization, and a monthly report.
- Single-page website: $3,000 MXN. One page with an introduction, services, contact details, a small gallery, WhatsApp, social media, and location. Includes mobile-friendly design, search engine titles and description, and launch.

Where do you work? Is travel included?
We work in Puebla and the surrounding area. When a service requires a visit, travel is charged separately. We let you know the travel cost before confirming your appointment.
Is advertising included in the plans?
Plans include the ad setup or management described in each package. Ad spend is not included: clients pay that budget directly to Meta or TikTok. We agree on the amount before campaigns go live.
What is quoted separately for web services?
Domain registration, hosting, and maintenance are defined and quoted separately. Additional features, such as bookings or online payments, also require a quote based on the project's scope.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. You can request the revisions you need, as long as they remain within the scope and deliverables of your chosen package.
Can I request the photographs of my business?
Yes. Photographs taken as part of your service are available to you on request. Ask us to arrange delivery.
